Dairy Farm Záhoří
The Záhoří Farm offers modern facilities for up to 900 dairy cows. The area consists of two stables and an adjoining circular milking parlor with a waiting room, a FARMTEC feeder, selection, hoof care room and sanitary pen and an outdoor silo for cooling and storing milk. The farm includes a sophisticated slurry management system, which includes roofed tanks with an air washer and a biofilter installation. The slurry is further separated and composted in a separation composter. The farm also has a system for monitoring and evaluating physical activity and rumination using FARMTEC Vitalimters and the FARMSOFT zootechnical program.
