Robotic Dairy Farm Řepníky
A new production barn with a six-row arrangement of lying boxes with a capacity of 280 dairy cows. 226 dairy cows are milked in the barn with controlled movement, which is provided by four GEA milking robots equipped with selection gates. Feed is brought in by a robotic auger feeder. Slurry is scooped out of the movement corridors by chain buckets with automatic hydraulic chain tensioning, DELTA system. Water supply is ensured by FARMTEC stainless steel heated feeding troughs. Milk is cooled and stored in a SERAP tank with a capacity of 10,400 liters. Next to the barn there is also a new calf shed for 48 calves housed in individual pens.
