Stable for laying hens breeding Semechnice
An interesting reconstruction of the house for layers with production of table eggs with a capacity of 16,350 layers, where the original cage technology was replaced by the new Vencomatic aviary Bolegg Terrace technology with integrated chain feeding, driking system, perches, LED lighting and a new SKOV ventilation system including remote management and GSM alarm. The technology is equipped with a litter reduction system, Hercules cross conveyor and a manure conveyor belt. Ventilation is designed as a negative pressure system with tunnel elements, side wall continuously controlled flaps are used for air supply and exhaust is ensured by four roof chimneys. Tunnel intake inlets and gable fans are opened in warm period of the year. Lighting in the hall is provided by dimmable Venco Corax lighting fixtures. The reconstruction of the existing Vencobelt egg belt was also part of the project.
